Build Your Own Prestige - Block 484

I was a little nervous about the block failing during building, but it came together perfectly and the lacquered finish made the colors incredibly vibrant. My only small surprise was how much the lacquer changed the feel of the surface, but it ended up looking like a polished gem.

The colors really pop once I applied a couple coats of lacquer, exactly as the listing hinted. My block came out with a deep, rich finish that looks way more premium than the price suggests. Definitely a fun little project if you're into customizing your own pieces.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the block pictured, but the build came out looking exactly like the photo. The lacquer finish made the colors noticeably richer and gave it a nice glossy sheen.
