Build Your Own Prestige - Block 444

The block arrived with a lovely natural grain that really popped after I applied a coat of lacquer. It’s been a satisfying little project to build my own prestige piece, and the vibrant colors came through exactly as described.

I wasn’t sure about the color at first, but after applying lacquer the block really popped with character. The grain pattern turned out exactly as shown in the picture, which made the whole process feel honest. It’s a solid piece that feels weighty and unique—exactly what I wanted.

The lacquer really brought out the depth in the colors way more than I expected from the picture. My prestige block came together cleanly with no issues.
