Build Your Own Prestige - Block 255

I was a bit nervous about the color after reading the description, but once I applied the lacquer the vibrancy really popped. The block itself has a nice weight to it and feels solid in hand.

The block arrived with such rich color that I was almost tempted to skip the lacquer, though I know the finish will make it pop even more. The grain pattern was exactly like the photo, which I appreciated since I’ve been burned by stock images before.

I wasn’t sure how the block would look in person, but the grain and color depth turned out even better once I applied lacquer. The build process took a little patience, but the final piece feels solid and looks like a small work of art.
