Build Your Own Prestige - Block 406

The lacquer really does make the colors pop way more than the raw block did. The grain and swirl pattern on mine are gorgeous, and you can tell someone actually put care into picking the block. Building it was a fun little weekend project.

The block that arrived has way more color variation than the listing photo suggested, and it fits perfectly in my hand. I haven't put lacquer on it yet but honestly it already looks good on the shelf. Curious how different it'll look once I do.

I was nervous about which block I'd get since you can't pick the exact one, but the piece that showed up is genuinely good-looking. The colors really do pop once you've got a coat of lacquer on it.
