If such failure occurs, we will notify you and you can either choose another block, or cancel your order. Please note that all sales are otherwise final. Typical build time is 6-8 weeks.

The block arrived with a really tight grain and mine came out looking like the photo, which was a nice surprise. I hit it with a coat of lacquer and the color popped way more than I expected. Wound up ordering a second one since some blocks fail during the build.
