Sofia M. ★★★★★

The block arrived with way more grain detail than I expected, and the edges came out surprisingly clean. I wiped on a coat of lacquer like the listing suggested and the colors nearly doubled in depth. Already eyeing a second one to see what shape I end up with.

Hazel ★★★★★

Wasn't sure what my block would look like but it ended up matching the pictured one pretty closely, which was a nice surprise. Applying lacquer took the colors from dull to genuinely rich, worth the extra step.

Alexander K. ★★★★★

The block came out way more vibrant after I hit it with a coat of lacquer, which the listing said would happen. Took a few weeks to arrive since they build each one to order, but the grain on mine is genuinely nice.
