If such failure occurs, we will notify you and you can either choose another block, or cancel your order. Please note that all sales are otherwise final. Typical build time is 6-8 weeks.

The colors really pop once I brushed on a coat of lacquer, way more than I expected from a raw block. I went with the exact block pictured and the grain lines match the listing almost perfectly. Already eyeing a second one for my desk at work.
