I wasn't sure what to expect with the lacquer, but after applying it the colors really popped and the block feels solid in hand. It took a couple tries to get the finish right, but the end result looks premium. Definitely worth the wait for something unique.

I put a few coats of lacquer on this block and the colors came out incredibly vibrant, exactly like the description said. It’s a solid piece of wood with nice grain underneath. The only small thing is that you’ll definitely need that lacquer to get the best look.
