Evelyn ★★★★★

The grain on this block came out way nicer than the listing photos suggested, and a quick coat of lacquer really made the color pop. Took a couple weeks to arrive since they build each one to order, but it was worth the wait.

Owen V. ★★★★★

Wasn't sure how the block would turn out since they warned some fail during the build, but mine arrived solid with really clean edges. Adding a coat of lacquer afterward made the colors pop way more than the bare block. Genuinely impressed with how it looks on my shelf.

Ellie ★★★★★

Mine came out way more vibrant than the unfinished sample photo suggested, so I'd say the lacquer step is worth doing. There's a real gamble here since some blocks apparently fail during the build, but mine survived and the prefab goes together clean.
