If such failure occurs, we will notify you and you can either choose another block, or cancel your order. Please note that all sales are otherwise final. Typical build time is 6-8 weeks.

Wasn't sure what to expect ordering something built from a pictured block, but mine came out great and matches the photo closely. The finish is a bit raw, so I'm planning to add lacquer since apparently that's what makes the colors really pop. Solid little piece for the price.
