Learn how to design your custom IEM with Block 067. This guide covers color vibrancy, build risks, and how to decide if this block is right for you.
Quick answer
Block 067 offers a unique color pattern that becomes more vibrant with a lacquer finish. However, because some blocks fail during manufacturing, you need to be prepared to choose an alternative or cancel your order.
Why lacquer matters for Block 067
The colors on Block 067 are designed to be more vibrant when a lacquer finish is applied. If you want the richest possible look, request lacquer during checkout. Without it, the block's pattern will still be visible but less saturated.
The build risk you should know
Noble Audio attempts to build every Prestige using the block you selected. However, some blocks fail during the construction process. If that happens with Block 067, you will be notified and can either choose another block or cancel your order. All sales are otherwise final, so understand this risk before ordering.
How to decide if Block 067 is right for you
- Choose Block 067 if: You love the specific color pattern shown and are willing to accept a 6–8 week build time with a small risk of block failure.
- Add lacquer if: You want the most vibrant color outcome. Without lacquer, the pattern will be more muted.
- Prepare for failure if: Be ready to select a backup block or cancel your order. This is not common, but it can happen. Have a second-favorite block in mind before you order.
Product facts
- Build Your Own Prestige - Block 067: Build your own prestige block (colors will be more vibrant with lacquer). Once you order your Prestige we will attempt to build a Prestige using the block pictured. This means your final IEM's appearance depends on both the block and the finish you choose, and there is a small chance the block may not survive the build.
